Refund policy
At TorqueMods, we want customers to receive working and correctly described products.
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received. It should not be damaged, heavily used, modified, soldered, cut, opened, or installed incorrectly.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let the customer know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
If a product arrives defective or the wrong item was delivered, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the problem
- Explanation of what is wrong
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
