Welcome to TorqueMods. By using this website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

TorqueMods sells bike and e-bike accessories, replacement parts, small electronics, lights, horns, grips, displays, throttles, front plates, and related products.

Product descriptions are written as clearly as possible. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before ordering.

Customers are responsible for checking whether a product is legal to install and use in their country, area, and vehicle type.

Some products may only be suitable for private property, off-road use, repairs, testing, or legally approved vehicle setups.

TorqueMods does not encourage illegal public-road use. Products must not be used to make an illegal vehicle appear legal or to avoid road rules.

Customers are responsible for safe installation. Incorrect installation can damage electronics, batteries, controllers, displays, motors, wiring, or other parts.

If the customer is not sure how to install a product, professional installation is recommended.

TorqueMods is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong wiring, wrong connector choice, water damage, modification, short circuits, or unsafe use.

After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

TorqueMods may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, stock issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, or another serious reason.

Prices are shown on the website. Shipping costs and taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

TorqueMods is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

All products from TorqueMods include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers products that break or stop working under normal use, normal conditions, and correct installation.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Wrong wiring or wrong connector choice
  • Water damage
  • Crashes or physical damage
  • Modification, cutting, soldering, or opening the product
  • Short circuits
  • Misuse or unsafe use
  • Illegal use
  • Normal wear and tear

If a product has a problem within the warranty period, the customer must contact us with the order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and photos or videos if needed.

If the issue is covered by the warranty, TorqueMods may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
